Project Overview

Oakwood Animal Hospital is a community-focused veterinary clinic in a suburb in the USA. They wanted a website that was warm, welcoming, and reassuring for anxious pet owners, while also serving as a practical resource for important information and patient forms.

The Challenge

A vet visit can be a stressful experience for both pets and their owners. The clinic’s old website was cold, clinical, and difficult to navigate, doing nothing to calm a worried visitor. Critical information was buried, and new clients had to fill out all their paperwork in the waiting room, causing delays.

Our Solution

We created a friendly, compassionate, and highly usable WordPress website focused on the pet owner’s experience.

• Warm & Reassuring Design: We used a bright, soft color palette and filled the site with high-quality photos of the staff interacting kindly with happy animals. The copy is written in a gentle, reassuring tone.
• New Patient Center: We built a dedicated “New Patient Center” where owners can find everything they need. This includes a downloadable new patient form they can fill out at home, information about what to expect on their first visit, and a list of accepted pet insurance plans.
• Emergency Information: A highly visible “Emergency” button in the navigation provides the clinic’s phone number and address instantly, along with clear instructions for after-hours emergencies. This simple feature is invaluable for a pet owner in a crisis and a key part of their local SEO strategy.

The Result

The new website has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients, who frequently mention that it made them feel more comfortable choosing the clinic. The online patient forms have streamlined the check-in process by 50%. The site now acts as a 24/7 resource, strengthening the clinic’s bond with the community.
