Project Overview

Elena Hart is a high-end wedding photographer based in Europe, known for her fine-art, romantic style. She needed an elegant, magazine-quality website to serve as her primary portfolio, showcase her pricing and packages, and provide a professional booking experience for discerning couples.

The Challenge

Relying solely on Instagram compressed her high-resolution images and made her business look like a hobby, not a luxury service. She lacked a central place to detail her investment packages or a professional workflow to handle inquiries, resulting in a scattered and time-consuming back-and-forth email process.

Our Solution

We built a visually stunning and highly functional WordPress website that is as artistic as her photography.

• Full-Screen Galleries: The website is designed around immersive, full-screen portfolio galleries that showcase her work in the best possible quality. The galleries are organized by wedding, allowing potential clients to see a full event story.
• Client & Investment Pages: We created a detailed “Investment” page outlining her various wedding packages and an elegant “About” page to tell her story and build a personal connection. A password-protected client portal was set up for her to deliver final galleries privately and professionally.
• In-Depth Contact Form: The contact form is a comprehensive questionnaire that gathers all the essential details for a wedding inquiry (e.g., date, venue, guest count, desired style). This ensures she has all the information needed for a productive first reply, positioning her as a thorough professional.

The Result

The website has successfully elevated her brand, allowing her to attract higher-budget destination weddings across Europe. Her booking process is now streamlined and professional, and she spends less time on administration and more time on her craft.
